Grim, dystopian and inhospitable environment, matched by uninterested staff answering the question of where do your coffee beans come from with... 'Italy, it's Italian coffee'. The full extent of their complete lack of any interest or coffee knowledge summed up in just 5 words. First time in a corporate coffee chain and definitely the last.
