I would gi e 0 to this establishedment, Rude talk about rude, I asked for an iced latte and asked if there was milk in it , she statrted to wave her hands mutter something in a weird language .They were not busy she needs reprimanding Price per person: €1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Most of the time I visit this Costa, my experience is very good, which is why this visit was particularly disappointing. After finishing school, I came in as usual and ordered a Chocolate Fudge Brownie Frappé with one shot of coffee, as I prefer a less intense coffee flavour while still having some bitterness. However, the employee at the till told the staff member making the drink "no coffee" in what I believe was Polish. As I speak another Slavic language, I understood what was said. I chose not to argue at the time because I did not want any trouble. I was also automatically charged for a medium-sized drink without being asked what size I wanted. When I noticed the higher price, I had to ask for a small instead. The employee changed it but acted as though nothing had happened. Mistakes happen, but customers should receive what they ordered and should not be charged for a larger size without being asked first. I found the interaction careless and unprofessional. I visited Costa Coffee today and had a disappointing experience. There were three staff members present: one making drinks, one taking orders, and a manager in the back. Unfortunately, the service felt disorganized and inattentive. I ordered a medium mocha for in-store, and although my tray was set out, my drink wasn’t made. The barista prepared a takeaway mocha, but didn’t call anything out, so it sat on the counter for about 5–10 minutes. Only when she noticed my tray did she realise it was mine, even though it was supposed to be served in a mug. I politely asked if it could be made again, which she did. However, when she slid the tray towards me, the drink spilled all over the saucer and around the mug. She didn’t apologise, didn’t clean it, and didn’t offer to remake it. The lack of communication and care was disappointing, especially compared to other cafés where this would never be served to a customer. The drink itself was fine, but the overall customer service really let the experience down. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
