We come to this Costa from time to time and normally, I would rate it 5 stars, but today that was not the case. After ordering two medium chai lattes, and specifying twice that this was what I wanted, the server Sara made me two matcha lattes (one small one medium). When I politely told her “I’m so sorry but this is not what I ordered” she argued and gaslit me that “you did not say this, why are you saying this?”. Which took me aback because it was a simple miscommunication. I only got my correct order when one of the other workers jumped in to make me the correct drinks instead. Very rude, when it was her that made me the wrong drinks. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Oldham has a fair few Costa Coffees to it's name. But this is a nice building with a lovely interior and history. Situated in the Old Town Hall, it has a great history with plenty of photos of the building. Nice seating and very spacious - a very big Costa. Great for big groups and get togethers with your friends. There's a cinema nearby and tram stop. It is directly opposite the shopping centre and future new market. I had a wonderful experience at this café. The atmosphere was warm and amazing,and everything was presented with great attention to detail. The food and drinks were excellent—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I’d especially like to thank Sara for her outstanding service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. Her professionalism and positive attitude really made a difference. I would highly recommend this café to anyone looking for great quality and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning .
