Costa coffee is located to old riga near to, The Good place to enjoy time with my friends. Very good seating arrangement. We ordered a coffee latte which tasted great. Free WIFI is available here. The Staff was very friendly and very good atmosphere,. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: €10–15
