The teenagers in there completely ignored us and wouldn't even take our order. He had to open my container 3 xs because he wouldn't let me finish what I was ordering. Then my boyfriend's food was left in the oven while the young men kept in there convos. They burnt our food so bad, uneatable. We didn't pay and I'm sure the workers got our food. I was upset enough before I left. But ended up really sick that night. I went to warm up a taco the next day and it was covered in cheese. Covered. I said to the guy I would like the special, no cheese. Then I said it again, no cheese please. Then when they were ready I said .. No cheese right? Yep yep, well I am very lactose intolerant and I was sick because of the cheese in the tacos. I understand a bad day. But this was absolutely a joke and will continue to go to Cafe Rio where they'll actual take care of us and care about customers. Sorry Costa been going for years. Moved and this is it closest one. Never again will I step foot into those doors.

Costa vida is my favorite place to eat!! Every worker there is so nice and very engaging! Saige with the red hair is very sweet and always has something nice to say! I can tell she and everyone who works there is great at their job! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We waited over 25 minutes for an order. They still have the same problem of having too many staff but not being efficient at all. They definitely need to do something about it. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
