My kids and I are SO sick right now after eating their salad. Husband called the manager Dave Dela Rosa or whatever tf his name is, to tell him so other people won't get sick too but that Dave dela whatever person claimed it isn't possible to get sick right away because according to his false statement, 'it takes hours for food poisoning to happen.' This is contrary to what the CDC says on their website, which is 30 minutes to 8 hours for symptoms to start. But I guess this guy, who works as a food court manager must secretly moonlight as some kind of medical professional considering he knows SO MUCH about health. (Not.) Anyway, kids and I have been vomiting, have sharp stomach pains and diarrhea-- hey might as well say it all, since that condescending "manager" didn't want to hear it. I feel like they don't want to take responsibility or acknowledge any wrongdoing so I figure I'd tell everyone so they are careful with the food they are eating from this food court. Dont know what caused it, the romaine, the chicken, the dressing, the cleanliness of their prep area, not sure but one thing is for sure-- we did not eat anything for hours before eating those salads and we ate it right away, so it was DEFINITELY a Costco centennial food court issue. Be warned. If you read this and want to risk it, good luck. May the odds be ever in your favor! Oh and Dave if you are reading this, you need to reeducate yourself on food safety and food poisoning. The CDC website clearly states 30 minutes to 8 Hours for symptoms to start. See it for yourself here: cdc.gov/foodsafety Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go back to heaving chunks.

My wife and I go to the Costco Food Court on occasion. I love their chicken bakes and my wife loves the caesar salads. Thanks Costco! Their membership is the best!
