Really disappointing experience. I arrived on time for my reservation and was still made to wait outside for 20 minutes even though there were numerous open tables clearly visible inside the restaurant. I asked the hostess if my table was ready since several tables hadn’t even been touched yet, and she responded rudely, saying, “Well, the guests are paying now, can’t you see?” Meanwhile, we were both literally looking at multiple empty tables. I was placed in a cramped corner table that was easily the hottest and loudest part of the restaurant. I was sweating while trying to eat, so I couldn’t even enjoy my food. I politely asked three or four times if I could move to one of the many open tables located under the ac, and every time I was told they were “reserved.” Those tables stayed empty the entire night and weren’t occupied by the time I left. To top it off, the wine selection is very limited, there are no prices listed anywhere. I ended up paying $100 for a bottle of wine served in a water glass. Overall, the experience felt uncomfortable, poorly managed, and unnecessarily frustrating from beginning to end. I wouldn’t come back. I wouldn’t be writing this review if the situation had been handled professionally. Instead, the only thing I was offered was the removal of a service charge. Tons of food still left on the table, never even got to my dessert nor was I offered to have it prepared to go Price per person: $90–100 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently tried Cotoletta and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment we sat down, everything felt well put together. We started with the bruschetta and the arancini, and both were amazing, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with attention to detail. For the main, I had the cotoletta, and it was perfectly cooked, nicely breaded, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. We also shared the spicy pasta, which was a perfect balance, just enough heat without being overwhelming, and seriously delicious. Service was great throughout the night, attentive, on time, and smooth without feeling rushed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
