It is awful when in Italy they prepare a disgusting, tasteless carbonara—dry and completely flavorless—that's just terrible. And making a classic Bellini cocktail with bad prosecco and bad juice is also unacceptable. Tone and Register: The translation maintains the critical, assertive, and direct tone of the original Russian text, reflecting genuine frustration with the poor quality of the food and drinks. Terminology: Traditional terms like "carbonara" and "Bellini cocktail" are used naturally alongside descriptive adjectives ("dry," "flavorless," "unacceptable") to capture the exact nuances of the critique. We ate here on our second day here in Rome. It was incredible! Don't let the small look on the outside fool you, inside here it's so nice and cozy! We were served by Aly. He was a very nice guy and offered great serveses. The food here is incredible and the drinks here are very good. We also learned the limoncello etiquette here! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50–60

I had dinner at Ristorante Cotto - Dharma Group, (Via Torino, 124), yesterday , and it wasn’t great. The bruschetta was so overcooked that cutting it was a struggle, even after we asked for help. The crust was rock-hard, making it a potential dental hazard. The pasta didn’t fare any better—bland and lacking any real taste. What really got to me was how rushed everything felt. As soon as we finished a dish, the plates vanished, and the next course appeared instantly. It was like they couldn’t wait to get us out the door. This hurried pace made it difficult to relax and enjoy the meal. To top it off, our table was uncomfortably close to another party of four. At one point, a waiter stood between our tables, chatting and joking with them, with his back and posterior uncomfortably close to our space. Things got worse when a girl at the next table spilled something on her dress. The waiter’s extended efforts to help—including spraying some cleaner that drifted over our food and draping large cloths over her— further encroached upon our dining area, invaded our space and made us feel ignored and uneasy. All in all, between the mediocre food, hurried service, and awkward staff behavior, it was a dining experience I wouldn’t want to repeat. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
