客引き禁止条例違反 仙台市ホームページより 令和元年7月22日（月曜）に禁止区域において客引き行為を行ったことについて、同年7月26日付けで条例11条の規定による客引き行為を行わないことの命令を受けたが、当該命令に違反して、同年11月22日（金曜）午前1時40分頃、仙台市青葉区一番町4丁目2-10西側歩道上において、客引き行為を行ったもの。
