Unfortunately very low quality ingredients, cooking methods and recipes. The edamame was microwaved and tasted just like it...dry and separated (it needs to be steamed). The assorted sashimi was average and made up of 2/3 salmon. Bao buns had no love or complexity to them. The coleslaw was from a packet mix, and overall very bland. The waitress was lovely and pleasant, so the service was nice. But if you want great Japanese, this ain't it unfortunately. *Edit to respond to the business reply: My experience was what it was and in no way misleading. I have had FANTASTIC sushi/Japanese in the Illawarra (as well as interstate and Japan) and this restaurant was not comparable. I hope my feedback can assist you in improving your business for customers to try and want to return to. As I will not be returning based in my experience unfortunately.
