Family of 6, treated like dirt at 9pm on a Monday night. The waiter was rude and more interested in his phone than serving anyone.
We ordered the drinks, then the food and were told we couldn’t order the Chuleton or the Tomahawk Steaks well done, it was impossible to do.
In the end fed up with the bad service and rude treatment I asked to speak to the manager, who had been sat 2 tables away the entire time scrolling on her phone.
She was also incredibly rude and repeated the fable that it was impossible to cook these steaks “Well Done” even though we explained it was so our Grandad could eat the steak, she remained indignant and dismissive.
We reluctantly paid for our semi drunk drinks and went to The Grill House Benidorm, where they happily served us with the same steaks exactly as we wanted.
It’s a shame as we’ve frequented Country Ribs Albir many times over the years without any problems whatsoever and always had our steaks cooked as we wanted without any problems. They’ve lost some good customers.

Familia de 6 personas, tratados como basura a las 9 p.m. en una noche de lunes. El camarero fue grosero y estaba más interesado en su teléfono que en atender a alguien.
Pedimos las bebidas y luego la comida, pero nos dijeron que no podíamos pedir el Chuleton o los Tomahawk a punto (bien hechos), que era imposible hacerlo.
Finalmente, cansados del mal servicio y el trato grosero, pedí hablar con la gerente, que había estado sentada a dos mesas de distancia todo el tiempo mirando su teléfono.
Ella también fue increíblemente grosera y repitió el cuento de que era imposible cocinar estos cortes “bien hechos”, aunque explicamos que era para que nuestro abuelo pudiera comer el filete; ella se mantuvo indiferente y despectiva.
Pagamos de mala gana nuestras bebidas a medio tomar y fuimos a The Grill House Benidorm, donde con gusto nos sirvieron los mismos cortes tal como los queríamos.
Es una pena, ya que hemos frecuentado Country Ribs Albir muchas veces a lo largo de los años sin ningún problema y siempre nos habían cocinado los filetes como queríamos. Han perdido buenos clientes.
