Came in and it wasn’t too busy so thought it would be ok. Stood there while the man at the counter looked around aimlessly and I had to tell him to take my order because I hadn’t even been greeted. Then sat there 30 minutes while I listened to everyone else who was waiting say they had been waiting over 30 minutes and catering orders came in and were told other people had come in and taken their order. I was getting ready to cancel and they told me my order was being made so I waited. Then I get home and the subs were so bad I was ready to take them back and get my money back. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to do this today but am extremely unsatisfied and hope someone sees this and reaches out. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
