Cova Paraggi is pretty near Castello di Paraggi. Clients don't highly appreciate coffee at this restaurant. Many people mention that the staff is creative at this place. Fine service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of Cova Paraggi. Numerous guests claim that prices are moderate. From the visitors' point of view, the atmosphere is peaceful. But this place hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

We came for a coffee and a focaccia during lunch time. We ordered at the focacceria/bar. The staff at the bar seemed like they did not want to take our order. He did not greet us and ignored us for a few minutes even though the guests in front of us were already served. When he finally acknowledged our presence his attitude remained negative even though I tried to be as polite as possible. It is unfortunate that the quality of service is so low at a supposedly exclusive restaurant. The coffee and the focaccia was ok though. Service: Dine in Price per person: €10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

JELLYFISH ALERT. Avoid this place at all cost! At least until they fire some of their staff that are showing very troubling symptoms of mental illness and anger issues. Specifically, the redhead that calls himself “the manager of the restaurant side”. After being STUNG BY A JELLYFISH (no warning signs of jellyfish in the sea) only one of the lifeguards decided to come to rescue after us yelling “Help!” for way too long. She provided us with the necessary gel that must be applied to the stung areas of the skin. The ignorance of the staff led to an extensive argument where this redhead started using inappropriate vocabulary very explicitly in front of managers and other guests, shamelessly. The supervisors did not react to his questionable and unacceptable behavior AT ALL. No one put him in his place. This individual shows apparent symptoms of anger issues and some sort of mental disorder which can potentially be unsafe, especially when there is kids around as well. I strongly recommend this establishment to review their staff members and not tolerate such behavior. By all means, this individual was supposed to be suspended on the spot. Ultimately, this place is not safe nor is worth the money or time. There is plenty of other options nearby. As for the redhead, seek help immediately.

Rude & Impolite. The door is open, we entered, a serving guy first ignored us, then suddenly he brought all his bad mood on us. He told they were yet closed but the door was open. Then he made a lesson that we didn’t say hello (we did), but in first place he didn’t welcome guests. To owners: your employee’s rude behavior forced us to have breakfast, lunch and sun-beds in another place instead of yours. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
