Friendly staff helped with luggage. The room was large, with a clean, fresh bed and a lagoon view. However, the lagoon itself was sadly not clean, with plastic waste visible everywhere. There is a restaurant on-site, but it’s just okay — I ordered seafood fried rice. Negatives include the shower light not working, unreliable hot water, and room keys sometimes getting stuck. €30 per night including a small water bottle. For this price, I expected more. Service: 4

I had a wonderful stay at Dream Lagoon ! The location is absolutely stunning, with peaceful views of the lagoon that create the perfect relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail in both the design and amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. What I loved most was how calm and serene the whole place felt—ideal for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. I would highly recommend Dream Lagoon Resort to families, couples, or even solo travelers who want a perfect getaway. Service: 5
