Nice gourmet meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Reasonable prices and cooked very well. Also love the English pub theme and decor. Oh, and the bread is very good.

On the night we visited, a limited menu was offered and that was further limited when we were informed that the steaks were all gone and only 4 crab cakes remained! At 6:30! And the restaurant wasn't full. Service was extremely slow and no drink refills were offered. Servings were skimpy and no bread was brought to our table of 4. Cash and personal checks only. With the scarcity of steaks and crab cakes, most of the entrées on the sparse menu were not available. Our dinner entrees were appetizer sized. Such a shame as this is a beautiful and tastefully decorated venue. The food, though sparse, was good - thus the 2 stars. Service is poor but understaffing is to blame for that. Besides, the waitstaff probably tires of informing clients of unavailable menu items.

My daughter Christine and her husband Kellen had their wedding reception on December 23 . It was wonderful. The staff was so attentive,the service was great! The food was excellent. The guests at the wedding loved the dinner choices which were lamb, pork loin and salmon. All of the entrees were delicious! Mr Runyon and his staff did a fabulous job!! We were all very pleased! I would recommend The Coventry Inn to anyone interested.
