If I’m paying $3 more for a smash burger, I’m expecting a smash burger. Smashed, crispy, thin. I took my burger back to the counter and asked if this was correct. He hesitated, then said “yea, why what were you expecting.” And I said “crispy, thin like a smash burger” and then he looked at whom I assume was the manager because he had a different color shirt on and said “you better talk to your boy” lol. Also, I didn’t get my pickles and garlic aioli sauce that was another extra $1 each. The buns were stale. The only thing I liked was how thick the tomato slice was. Fries weren’t crispy.
