Seat At The Table Cowboy Cubans!!! Blew me away! Their Cowboy Cuban sandwich was next level: mojo pork bursting with flavor, ham adding that classic savory note, and a spicy aioli plus serrano kick that’s bold but balanced. Pickles and pepper-jack cheese tie it all together with crunch and creaminess. A 9.6 experience! Friendly vibes, amazing team. A must stop if you’re in Austin!!! This spot is crushing it!!! I love the bread they use on the sandwiches. I appreciated the soft bread on the sandwiches. It wasn't pressed and crumbly like I'm used to for a Cuban. However, I'm not a fan of the spice they used on the mojo chicken. Both sandwiches we tried tasted very fresh. The half size was perfect for lunch.

It was certainly tasty but I thought of it as a great sandwich that was inspired by a Cuban sandwich. Only real fault was the bread to filling ratio on the cowboy, bit too bready, definitely requires more ham. I actually enjoyed the chicken one more, great sauce. Will definitely get again if I'm in the area
