The shrimp was delicious! Great flavor and perfect texture. It's one of my favorite "to go" places when I want to get out and have a great meal! We went for a late Valentine’s dinner. We had the passed the place a few times saying we have to try it someday so we did. I suggest making a reservation because they fill up quickly at dinner time. The food was great and fresh with no disappointments. It’s not a shirt and tie place but slightly dated and comfortable. The pitcher option for margaritas is a great option. My wife and I have been going to Coyote flaco for years. The recent changes have been nothing but positive- the food is delicious, presented nicely and very consistent. The service is always friendly and professional.
