Despite having a reservation, our table was not ready upon arrival. After about 30 minutes and being moved around several times, we were finally seated. The hookah quality was poor, and the food was very average. Unfortunately, the seating layout was not well planned. Some chairs were placed right next to the entrance, and every time someone passed through the door, the cold air made it quite uncomfortable for those sitting there. Additionally, it felt like the best tables were reserved by management for themselves or acquaintances, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
