Pretty disgusted that I came for coffee and cake for myself and a friend, I got charged 2 surcharges which can to $5.00. On top of it the service was really slow and we finished our cakes before the coffee came out. Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We visited Craft Coffee Cafe for Morning tea. Ordered two dirty chai’s, a hot chocolate, wedges with sweet chilli and three cakes. The robot waiter was a bit of a novelty and our order was delivered promptly. While the food was nice there were just a few things that could have been tweaked to make it more enjoyable- we found that the amount of sour cream served with the wedges wasn’t enough and could have benefited from a bigger portion. Also the balance of the dirty chai wasn’t right making it more of a flavoured coffee. The cakes were nice, especially the brownie. Went with my daughter today. We ordered an iced matcha and iced latte with a cherry slice and banana bread. The staff are not the friendliest and it's ridiculously expensive. It cost $34.90 which is exorbitant in my opinion. Maybe they charge extra for the robot to deliver the food which is pointless considering how small it is.
The drinks were ok but I've had better at Maccas and I could have brought a cherry ripe from woolies for $1.00 and it would have tasted better.
Almost $8.00 for a tiny slice is daylight robbery.
We won't be back.
