If you want to remember BMO Harris Bradley Center, come to this bar first. You can always degust nicely cooked grilled chicken, cheese salads and pork chops at Craft. Good Brezeln deserve ordering. After a long working day, you can try delicious craft beer, wine or bourbon. Great coffee will make your meal tastier and you'll surely come back.

Came here last Friday the 17th before the We Them Ones Comedy show. I ordered a margarita and asked for Casamigos reposado, I also ordered a double smash burger. When the food came it was only a single, so the waitress had to take it back and I hate to wait for the correct order to come out. She was nice enough to comp the food order on my final bill, but my Margarita ended up being $25. I have never paid that much for a basic Margarita anywhere in this country! I went to the bar and asked the bartender how much a Margarita was and he said $12, I then asked what the up charge was for Casamigos. He told me $7, so it would be $19, then I said why was mine $25, he said because it was the reposado. I honestly thought he was joking but he wasn’t. That’s insane to charge that much for a margarita that wasn’t even that great. I think they should be informing customers of a $13 up charge when they ask for a specific type of liquor. I don’t mind paying more for high quality liquor but $25 is nuts, I didn’t pay that much in Boston, New York, Scottsdale or Charleston, but I get charged that in Milwaukee. It will prob be a long time before the go back to Craft! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

The food is good. The service must improve, a friend and I ordered take out, turned back once we realized the order wasn’t correct. We were greeted by the hostess saying “What up” which I was very offended by because the white woman before us wasn’t greeted as such. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Went here for lunch ordered takeout and the service was terrible, their were two hostess present one was standing in front of me occupying her phone and when she realized I was trying to order she walked off, placed my order with a different host and the order was incorrect and when I returned to the establishment to get it rectified I walked up to the counter allowed the same rude hostess to finish occupying her phone AGAIN and she proceeded to greet me with “what up”. I have never seen anyone greeted in that manner in what’s supposed to be a highly rated restaurant that prides themselves on Exceptional customer service towards paying customers. It was NOT a good experience at all and I was embarrassed being addressed to in that manner, and then I actively watched the same hostess greet two separate Caucasian ppl with an entirely different manner and attitude. It was NOT a good reflection on the RESTAURANT the HOTEL or the STAFF, considering there are a lot of high-end clients and celebrities That occupy and pass through the restaurant very often. I WOULD HAVE JUST APPRECIATED THE SAME RESPECT THAT THE HOSTESS GAVE THE OTHER ETHNICITY OF PEOPLE considered they screwed my order up!
