If you love bold flavors, this place is worth checking out. The hot sauce had an awesome kick and added so much flavor to the meal. I also really enjoyed the sweet potato fries—they were honestly one of the highlights. Everything tasted fresh and well made, with plenty of flavor in every bite. The service was another big plus, with a friendly and welcoming team that made the experience even better. Overall, a really satisfying meal with great food and excellent service. We had a phenomenal dining experience at Craft Roots in Morgan Hill! Everything we ordered hit the mark. Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower (5/5) – Perfectly crisp & delicious. Thai Peanut Glass Noodles (5/5) – A absolute MUST-TRY! Veggie Pizza (5/5) – Super accommodating kitchen they loaded it with extra veggies as requested! Service & Ambiance:. Our server was incredible. He went truly above and beyond to make our meal special it's rare to come across service that attentive and friendly these days.
