This is a "Cloud Kitchen". Street View imagery clearly shows that this is not a dine-in restaurant, but a cloud kitchen focused on take out/delivery.

Just tried their food for the first time, and I really love it! Their chili was fresh, warm, and tasty. Looking forward to coming back and eating more :) Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian
