Genuinely one of the worst, if not the worst, dining experiences I have ever had. Woman who was working was rude from the first second. Never greeted my husband’s and I and was short and snappy taking our order. She was the only person working so that meant she was both taking orders and cooking. The food took forever, the food was gross, and we never got the coffees we ordered. We left after having paid for them and never getting them because we couldn’t stand to wait anymore while she was cooking other people’s food and ignoring the guests in the establishment. Terrible. We spent our Valentine’s Day at the Crafted Palette and we have never been on a more fun date than this one. David is incredible , he gave us comedy, live music , great singing, and he is a wonderful artist. He had us all dancing by the end of the class! The drinks are great and the over all vibes of the place are immaculate. I would highly highly recommended this place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $50–60

We are thrilled that you had a great time at the Valentine's Event, as well as sharing this in your review. Keep in mind that we are open for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week and Paint nights Wednesday through Sunday. David typically teaches on Saturday night, and I'm sure you're not surprised that he ALWAYS brings fun and excitement to every event. We hope to see you again.
