Great atmosphere and really good food overall. I especially loved the tasting menu—every dish was well thought out and delicious. The dessert was so memorable it still comes to mind. Wonderful dining experience at this restaurant, all the staff was extremely prompt, professional, and personable. The culinary level of marrying Spanish and Japanese cuisine was absolutely fantastic and the beverage menu was beautifully made with the cultural concept. Me and my friend Darius had a great time and I hope to be back in the new year! Spending Christmas dinner with my family at Cranes was an experience that felt both intimate and special. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calm. The restaurant struck a perfect balance between elegance and comfort, making it an ideal place to celebrate such a meaningful occasion. We were all seated in a cozy private corner. Our server explained the menu and recommended the eight course omakase in order to capture the full experience. Every course of the omakase reflected care, creativity, and respect for the ingredients, blending Spanish flavors with Japanese precision in a way that felt both familiar and surprising. The pacing of the meal allowed us to truly savor each bite, turning dinner into an experience rather than just a meal. What truly elevated the evening was the service. Our server Erika was attentive, and genuinely kind, creating a sense of warmth that made the holiday feel personal.
