After a long walk around Penarth Pier Pavilion, go to this cafe and have a rest here. Do not go away without eating good fish. Being at Crazy Cafe, try nicely cooked muffins. Get your meal started with great coffee or delicious tea.

The staff couldn't care less, very slow service, even when it's nearly empty. Couldn't even deliver our cakes, so we left without having cakes.
Penarth so needs a good cafe, unfortunately this one isn't it. perhaps they should start by getting a good chef, some great point if contact staff and make it a happy place to come.
