In case the rain took you by surprise during the promenade around Griechenkirche zur heiligen Dreifaltigkeit, stop by this restaurant. Chinese cuisine is to visitors' liking at Crazy Noodles.
I was crazing veggies in Vienna, and we walked by this place so I decided to give it a try. The hot and sour soup was surprisingly good (I'm Asian; I kind of know what I'm talking about). Good, but not excellent. The chicken chop suey had a big portion of veggies, and it tasted much better than any Canadian food court. I know that's not saying much, but this was cheap street food, and I think I got good value for what I paid. The soup and chicken veggie stir fry together was only 6.10 euros!
This is not a bad place to go and grab a bite to eat after a night out. They have the usual fried noodles, sushi, and other Asian dishes to go. The sushi is hit-or-miss; I got a sushi set of 6 pieces the other night, and it tasted like it has been in the cooler for a while since the rice was not that good. The crispy duck with noodles was pretty good, however. If you want fried chicken wings, they fry that up so you may have to wait about 5 minutes, but at least you'll have hot food. Overall, they have a decent selection of take-out food, and I would rate this place about average.
