We had a company dinner at Crazy Pizza OUD Branch on June 8 at 9:00 PM with a group of 20 people, and the experience was amazing. A special thank you to Sherbal (I hope I got the name right!) for being such a wonderful host. He made sure everyone had a great time and helped make the evening memorable. I’d also like to thank Thomas and Fred for their excellent service. A big thank you as well to all the servers who looked after our group. Even though I don’t know everyone’s names, every single member of the team was friendly, attentive, and helped make our night special. Great food, great service, and an amazing team. Amazing experience at Crazy Pizza! The food was delicious — we ordered the Margherita pizza, Caesar salad, fries, penne pasta, and the Aloha drink, and everything tasted great. The ingredients were fresh and the quality was excellent. A special thanks to Ibrahim for his outstanding service. He was very friendly, attentive, and made our visit even more enjoyable. We had a confirmed New Year’s Eve reservation on 31 Dec at 11:15 PM for 7 people at Crazy Pizza Oud Square with a minimum charge paid. The restaurant was overbooked and we waited over 30 minutes, only to be told less than 10 minutes before midnight that no table was available. No prior notice, no response to our email, and no refund to date. Very poor management and unprofessional. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
