A fantastic dining experience. The food was fresh, beautifully prepared, and highlighted the quality of local ingredients. What sets Olina’s apart is its connection to Japan’s emerging olive oil industry and nearby olive groves. The restaurant offers a unique opportunity to experience how Japanese olive oil is being cultivated and incorporated into exceptional cuisine. It is a particularly worthwhile destination for anyone with an interest in olive oil, agriculture, or regional food culture, as well as international travellers seeking a unique side of Japan beyond the usual tourist attractions.
