Found some nasty sludge strange hairball in my food from the prepared food section. Yes my children started eating before I found the object. Yes the manager reluctantly refunded my full amount after first trying to give me a partial refund. Look that object was cooked with the food some quality control safe serve food inspections need to be conducted here. Yeah it's a big deal! They took no additional action after refunding me. If I was manager I would have personally inspected and removed that dish from the food service area. Not leave the rest of it there to try and sell to everyone else. I will seriously second guess eating at any other whole foods after this incident. Absolutely disgusting! I feel ashamed as a father for thinking oh that's a quick healthy meal for the family. Thanks Brittany for refunding my full amount after I insisted. By your response I'm not the first complaint you've had and if I left the store with the food I'm sure getting a refund would have been worthy of the evening news. Because I will inform all of the customers in that store that food is not clean. I wish I had got a picture of it before I showed you considering how quickly you took it to the back and that the object was not removed from the buffet area I assume you put my returned food back out to sell to someone else.

My favorite Whole Foods right now. This place is modern, well-stocked, and operating better than ever... large enough, not one of the giant stores. The produce and bakery are looking really impressive. Great selection of products. Like the cheeses too. Loved the celery (of all things), tomatoes, Chesapeake Bay Shrimp, Broccoli Crunch, Gelto Pops from Gelatys, Brown Cow Yogurt. Next bakery purchase, when I need a dessert, Berry Frangipane Tart. Such a pleasure to shop here. I like that they always have an excellent, working Purell Wipes dispenser to sanitize their carts. Excellent staff in all depts... Meats, Seafood, Deli. Knowledgeable and friendly. The Amazon return area comes in handy at times. Good parking too.

I love Whole Foods Market for the selection of healthy foods and produce. They have nice packaging on all their pre-made food. They have a hot bar that you can eat at that has a ton of healthy things to eat. People are sort of friendly sometimes not so much. But that's not a reflection on the market. My husband and I eat at the hot bar at least once a week.
