Hi Karen, Apologies you had a bad experience. The matcha we use is not ceremonial grade it is matcha latte which is sweetened at source by the producer. Our barista would have been able to inform you of this if asked. He would also have replaced the drink with a new one if it had been brought to his attention. If you would like to pop by tomorrow he will happily make you another drink of your choice on the house.
