I’m a regular at this cafe.. I love the food, the coffee and the service. However, I had an experience with the delivery counterpart and the warehouse today. I had parked my car next to the warehouse(in the designated cafe visitor carpark) and their truck came in when I was driving out of the car park which was very odd of them not to let me out with the car almost halfway put! Had to sit in the car for 10 minutes for them to unload!! Asked them to move the truck, was told to wait and it wouldn’t take long. As if my time was not important and theirs were. However, told myself to be patient as these things happen. 10 minutes pass by. The guy moves the truck. The Crema guy looks me in the eye. No apologies no thank you for your patience. Nothing! Such a rude behavior!! Was not expecting this happen and ruin my good brunch at the cafe.. please let your staff know they have to at least be mindful of the customers! Just a bit maybe?

I bought my Unico Splendor coffee machine to be looked at this morning. I could not be happier with the professional, attentive and friendly service. Don helped me out and offered practical suggestions. I cannot recommend Crema Coffee Garage more highly. The boss and the staff are fantastic. The coffee and cake was excellent too.
