A painful experience to say the least. The pistachio milkshake was water. The cashier (specifying, she is short, tanned and brunette, older) defended herself first of all by addressing me in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner, actually putting herself on the defensive by exclaiming "I wasn't wrong! that's how it's done!” to which I only replied that, if a milkshake really came out like this, it would be necessary to at least inform customers. Instead, I was accused of making a scene when I merely expressed (initially politely) my dismay. The money was not returned to me because she threw away the receipt. I will never go back there again, not so much because of a mistake because it could be human, but because customers are not addressed in this way. I am extremely disappointed.
