Hello Suren. It is very important to us that everyone receives excellent service when they visit our shops. In this instance, I think there has been a misunderstanding. At Cremela, we offer: ice cream, crêpes, waffles, coffee, chocolates and other chocolate products. All of these are handmade to the highest standard we can offer. A crêpe costs €5, a crêpe with a topping (ice cream or hazelnut cream) costs €6.50, and a small tub of ice cream costs €3.90. On this occasion, as you mentioned, you ordered a crêpe with ice cream, but with the ice cream served separately. That is a product we do not offer in our shops. Similarly, it is not possible to order a small tub of ice cream divided into two smaller tubs. It is something we do not offer, so unfortunately we cannot serve it. In your message, you suggest that ice cream is not a suitable topping for a crêpe; however, we are convinced that it is an excellent product and that there is no problem in eating them together, which is why we offer it. If you would like a crêpe with ice cream on the side, you can always order a crêpe and a small tub of ice cream. It will indeed cost a little more, but you would have had what you really wanted. We are very sorry that your experience with us was not satisfactory, but unfortunately, we cannot serve something that does not exist.
