Took longer to give items that I ordered 10 minutes before others who ordered more items. I had 2 items, someone had 4 and I ordered before. And also, how do you run out of straws at a boba and crepe truck?

Hi Michael! Thank you for taking the time out to review, it helps us serve you better. I sincerely apologize for not giving you a heads up about the wait time since our grill had shut off midway and needed time to heat up, if you can give me the day/time and location I will be happy to refund you. I want you to be happy with our service and hope for your returning business. I will also communicate with my team and About the situation so that it will not happen again thank you again , hope to hear from you soon
