Crimson is the buffet restaurant at Fleur de Chine Hotel at Sun Moon Lake, Taiwan. There are two seatings for dinner, namely 5-7pm and 7:30-9:30pm. It is understaffed and servers are not the friendliest bunch at this area. There is a wide selection of international cuisine, including Japanese sashimi, tempura, Chinese Peking Duck, Spanish roast pig, seafood, cold cuts, salad bar, noodle bar, desserts, etc. However, food quality is mediocre at best. Highlight of the dinner is playing with the draft beer machine! Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
