Today 18 December 2025 I went to Crinitis Castle Towers I was there at 11:30 am. My sister and I sat down there were no other people inside at that time. The lady seated us gave us the menu and left us there for 15 minutes. To our horror the same lady sat another family that came through the door and then got her ipad and started taking their order. She completely ignored my sister and I who were there first and were clearly waiting. She absolutely knew we were waiting as it was the same perosn that seated us that also seated the family that walked through the door. As a result my sister and i got up and told her we were first and you left us there waiting and ignored us. The family that walked in you took their order. My sister and I walked out and we will never go to Crinitis again because of this rude staff member she did not even apologise when reminded her of what she did as she was the only one taking orders and she was the same person that sat us and the family at the tables. I am extremely disappointed as a local and a long time customer we used to be served by previous staff who were perfect at their jobs they would never ever treat customers like this. She couldnt even care less when i told her i am walking out because of what she did. Worst customer serviceI have experienced in the entire world shocking. If she treats others like this im sure you will lose many other long term customers as I have been going to Crinitis Castle Towers for years.

We have been there previously and been given large drinks and large meals. However the last time we attended we were given smaller meals and smaller drinks and yet we still paid the same prices. One of the waiters appears incompetent. People who arrived after us were served before us. Not happy on this occasion considering the amount you pay.
