Crispins had for a very long time been my favourite place for good quality fish and chips, my husband and i frequent there a couple of times a month on a Saturday, unfortunately on the last 2 occasions the fish had been well overcooked and the batter is burn't so much so that the fish has completely dries out. Is there perhaps a new chef! if so would someone please instruct that person on how to cook fish properly, we have been so dissapointed on the last 2 occasions.
