1 Ordered from crispy chicken Food was 50 min late with no update. Won’t order again unless delivery times improve. Food quality was good but delivery took 1hr 30 min vs 45min estimate. Please work on delivery timing. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: KWD 5–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We tried to call/ inquire to make an order. But unfortunately the Egyptian agent who answered our call is very rude and seems very angry when we are asking what he can offer because we need more than 20 pcs chicken for a birthday party. And he even turn down the call without taking our order. He shouldn’t work as a call center agent for he doesn’t know customer service at all.Its our first time ordering here and probably will never order again.
