I had a very disappointing experience at Crispy Corner in Welland. It was extremely cold outside, and there was no heat inside the restaurant. It was very uncomfortable to sit and eat in those conditions. On top of that, only one person was working so have to wait to order our food at the counter and there was no washroom available for customers. I’m honestly confused how a restaurant operates without a customer washroom and how that meets local health or business regulations. The chicken burger was also very underwhelming. It was served cold and barely had any fried chicken in it felt more like a few chicken strips thrown into a bun rather than a proper chicken burger. Overall, very poor experience. Between the cold environment, lack of basic facilities, and low food quality, I would not recommend this place. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We just visited for the first time and we are impressed. Amazing service, absolutely top-notch food, and a cozy environment. I highly recommend. They gave us two free lentil soups as well, which were delicious. We will be back. Thank you for existing! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
