Not sure about the location but I remembered it being beside Gu Long Bao. The atmosphere was great. We were surprised when we went upstairs. Drinks were good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had the vegetable spring roll , it is crispy and the filling juicy and flavoursome. Not pricy at all ! Interestingly it’s the son run , father owned spring roll company called the crispy time !
