I honestly love this place and visit regularly, especially because my daughter attends the baking activities. However, my last experience was not as positive as usual. During our visit, there was only one staff member managing around seven children on her own. She seemed overwhelmed and was unable to provide adequate attention or assistance. My daughter was constantly moving from one side to another without proper guidance, and whenever she needed help, the staff member was too busy to respond. As a result, I had to get up several times myself to assist my daughter with what she needed. At certain points, she was simply standing alone without participating in any activity because there was no one available to guide her. I truly enjoy coming here and appreciate the concept, but I would kindly suggest increasing the number of staff members during busy sessions to ensure that all children receive the attention and support they need
