First, let's agree that 5 stars for a food truck is not like 5 stars at a sit down restaurant. But having sampled many a food truck's fare, I have to say that the concept and food of Croques & Toques is tops in the food truck category. I had the chicken parmesan and the baked potato with bacon croques. Both were tasty bites and surprisingly filling. There are 8 croques in each order and my two orders filled me up. The prices were in the sweet spot for a food truck lunch. The service is fast and the presentation of the croques is well thought out, from the shaved parmesan and parsley on the chicken parm to the bacon crumbles and dressing on the potato croques. You can see that a culinary school graduate put these boxes together. I may be a little biased, but I think Andrew and Matt have a great thing going here, and I look forward to meeting up with their truck again soon, hopefully in front of Petaluma Hills or 101 North.

Holy Smokes!! I would 100% recommend Croques and Toques!! They recently catered my 50th birthday party at Creekside Inn and Resort in Guerneville, Ca and they did a smash up job. The food was fantastic, the service was wonderful and when they left all my guests cheered!!! Thank you so much to Andrew and his staff!!
