The cool staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Professional service is something clients appreciate here. Most guests have noticed that prices are affordable for what you get. But Crosby's - Lockport is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Very clean store, coffee is amazing and fresh. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Much better than what it was a year ago. The lady who works the kitchen on Sundays and Wednesdays mornings makes my experience all the better and service with a smile. She makes my sub the best!

So rude. The cashier, with all the hardware in her face, would not get us chicken from the deli part. No line, no one behind us on a Saturday afternoon. So? It sat in the case and rotted all afternoon? -And she was extremely rude about walking five feet and throwing chicken in a box? When are merchants going to realize customer service, makes or breaks your business? My money is green anywhere.. bye bye!
