Excellent location, clean rooms although standard rooms are quite small . Amenities are clean and well provided. Service staff are friendly and helpful. Food was not the best. Ordered a green Thai chicken that was totally something else dry and no coconut gravy at all. The devilled cuttlefish was double fried and hard as leather. Kitchen needs retraining or food needs renaming. Also restaurant billing system does not allow individual bills if booking is as a group ... Whoever heard of that?? Not sure if checkout too will be that way.

Forever Grateful to the Amazing Team at Crown Regency! We recently held our wedding at the Crown Regency Hotel in Badulla, and to say the service was excellent would be an understatement. They truly went above and beyond any venue in the entire area. From the very beginning, the journey was seamless. The initial booking process was incredibly smooth, and the team provided invaluable guidance throughout our wedding planning phase. When the big day arrived, the wedding setup was absolutely stunning—their attention to detail and preparation were flawless. The entire staff is exceptional, but we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude and special thanks to Mr. Lakshan, Mr. Ravi, Mr.Disa and Miss Rasanjali. We recently held our wedding at this wonderful hotel.From start to finish, the service was absolutely exceptional. A special thank you to Mr. Ravi (Manager), who was incredibly supportive and provided excellent guidance every step of the way. He is a truly kind and pleasant person who went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We also want to give a huge shout out to Ms. Rasanjalee, our Event Coordinator. She is a true expert at what she does extremely supportive, organized, and attentive to every detail. The entire staff was wonderfully supportive, the event management and guidance were flawless, and the food menu was absolutely delicious. If you are looking for a venue with outstanding service and excellent management for your special day, this is it! Service: 5
