Went here for the first time with a friend. From the moment we pulled into the empty parking lot, the people inside were shooting us looks. You know the kind..."we are happy sitting here doing nothing, why did you have to pull up". We go inside, and my friend is looking over the menu, and the guy behind the counter, with the most "screw you" attitude says "what you wanting?" My friend ordered a double meat combo. I order a single, to which he immediately says "youre kidding, right? Little man here getting double, and you acting like you can't eat? Com'on man!" And it was clear....there was no joking to it. He was being hateful and rude. Im 330 pounds, and what he doesn't know is that I've struggled with my weight my entire life. Ive lost 100 pounds, and im currently dieting. His hateful comment was uncalled for. He didn't know me from Adam, but felt it his place to comment on a stranger's weight. The food was meh, at best. It took all of 2 minutes for the food to come out, and we were the only ones there....so it clearly wasn't fresh. If you want their hours, good luck. We had tried 3 other times to go by. According to their posted hours, they SHOULD have been open....however, they were closed. It might have been OK, had they had an associate that knew how to treat customers and keep his big mouth shut Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came in and ordered a hamburger and fries and large drink. And when I got home they didn't give me a order of fries and mess me out of my drink I used to come there a lot and it was great friendly kind good clean food now the person that answered my brother's call was really rude and disrespectful saying that they didn't have a burger and fries in a large drink for eight dollars and something on the online and yes they do when I got there the person wanted to charge me a lot more. I don't believe I will be eating there anymore I called back and the lady was rude and she did not give my brother the stuff that I paid for

Is Crow's Burgers under new management? What we received today was not the crow’s burger that we had been getting for the last 2 years. We picked up 3 burgers an order of okra and 2 fries for family lunch for a total of 32.58. We Traveled to our home and begin to give out burgers at first we noticed the bread was burnt and patties torn apart. Called the restaurant to bring it back for a refund and was told that they do not give refunds—only remake the order. Every one knows when an order is redone more often then not it’s not going to be good because the establishment is annoyed they have to re-do something. And true to form this is exactly what came to pass because the two burgers we received back were not right. The buns were soggy with grease and fries undercooked--definitely not worth 32.58. I overheard a comment from the back that "the burgers are homemade"--I'm guessing in reference to why our patties were torn up, but I have made several homemade burgers at home that were not torn up. I didn’t want anything for free I just wanted the edible lunch that I thought I paid for—there needs to be a sign posted that refunds will not be given because I would have not placed the order had I known. With that said we will not be back—paid gas, time and money to eventually eat the food we had at home. Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1
