I entered to get a 6 pack of their bigger cookies. I was not greeted when I entered and there were 3 young men working in the preparation area. I walked to the screen, entered my order, added my name and then paid for the cookies. It asked me if I wanted to tip 15, 20 or 25%. For what? Handing me my cookies? I did the ordering and checkout. When trying to speak to one of the employees he had to be within one foot of me to hear over the music. I told him the loud music was uncomfortable for the customers and he turned the music down. One of the other employees thanked me for that. Overall the cookies were pretty good but the experience was horrible. There are other options for me to spend my money in the future. Good luck Crumbl.
