Purchased 6 cookies which were very underdone/ raw dough. I’ve had Crumbl several times before from other locations and have not encountered this. I called to let the store know and they didn’t seem to care. Unfortunately, a waste of money as we had to toss them.

I usually hit the one in Menifee and they do a great job with mobile orders! Haven't had a cookie a cookie there that I haven't wanted to return and order at least 4 more lol!
