Crumbl Cookies has cookies that are honestly to die for, especially their chocolate chip. The marketing is great and they always have a lot of new items that are tempting to try. However, I generally avoid it because of the high prices and the overall customer experience. When you walk in, you order off a large screen while employees stand there and wait, and there isn’t much greeting or interaction, which makes the process feel a bit awkward. Most of the cookies are also extremely sweet and not really my preference. Overall, I’ll stop in occasionally, but it’s not a regular go-to for me.

I got a large 4 pack with carrot cake, chocolate chip, cookies and cream, and celebration. The carrot cake seems moist, but the other 3 are hard. It seems like they are old, definitely not fresh. They are so hard and crunchy on the edges and towards the center, that when I went to cut one in half, I had to force the knife through. I am so incredibly disappointed. I gave 3 stars because I couldn’t do 2 1/2. They look nice and I like the screen you can use to order. If I’m going to pay $20 for 4 cookies, I expect them to be soft and fresh. I could go to Reasor’s and get better than this. I guess next time I will.
