I took my kids out to this restaurant and paid with transfer which they said they didn't receive I waited for so long their the sales lady there told me I could send money to a customer who has ATM card so I they can easily withdraw with their pos that immediately the money drops they will send it back to me ,I did that and up until now I have not received my 20,600 back I went several times to the restaurant and they confirmed they have received it but kept telling me that it's not within their power to refund money that it's through head office I called their customer care she asked accountant to collect my details and now the accountant is telling me that it has being sent back without showing me any proof of payment or even telling me when the transfer was made I don't kw y they have refused to refund the transfer I made since 11 September ,in this back economy, but I will not accept this joke
